The Cachapoal Valley offers spicy aristocratic wines, from Cepages such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and an excellent Carmenere, reminiscent of chocolate and strawberry marmalade. The valley houses the Santa Monica and La Rosa wineries.
