The area consists of 4000 hectares of vineyard. The vineyards are beautifully situated in and on the hill surrounded by Lavender and characteristic Provencal villages. Because the climate is slightly cooler here, the wines are fruity, fresher and lighter. In addition to red wine, a relatively large amount of white wine is produced. Due to the cool climate, grapes for white wine also thrive better. Of all the regions in the Rhone Valley, most white wine is produced here.
